Sharing and Charity Association {Association Partage et Charité (APC)}, is a Maronite non-governmental faith-based organization established in accordance with canon 573 of the Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches, by virtue of the Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Al Rai Decree – Delegation Register No. 40/2023 on June 30, 2023, with its headquarters located in Adma – Dafneh, property No. 244, Adma. APC is also a non-profit civil association, established under Notification No. 388 dated April 18, 2024, with its main office located in Adma – Dafneh, property No. 244, Adma.
APC is a young organization deeply committed to creating a more inclusive and compassionate world, where every person regardless of their background, origin or religion, has the opportunity for a better life. We focus on providing vital support to those who need it most; our work spans from elderly care to providing for the less fortunate, offering education and ensuring access to essential health services.
President of APC, holder of a Master's degree in Theologies of Formation for Ordained Ministries from the Catholic Institute of Paris (ICP), Chancellor of the Maronite Diocese of Jounieh, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Donations – Adma, and Chaplain of APECL Jeune and Fraternity Youth of Mary in Lebanon. Passionate about practicing all kinds of sports. Honored to serve APC and to be part of this new family devoted to helping others.
Vice President of APC and Chairman of Solid Group for Contracting and Engineering, with a strong background in humanitarian work through his service with the Red Cross. Currently manages the social farm of St. Charbel in Annaya. As head of Deir El Ahmar Solar NGA, he successfully secured a significant USAID grant for the region — a testament to his leadership and commitment to sustainable development.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Owner and General Manager of Nakhle Zgheib & Co, a ready-mixed concrete factory. President of the Zgheib Family League and Board Member of both the Association of Lebanese Industrialists and ABPEL (Association of Ready-Mixed Concrete Manufacturers). His priorities in life are his mother, wife, children, and his passion for succeeding as a businessman.
Holder of a Master's degree in Acting and Directing. Married and a proud mother. A devoted volunteer engaged in social, Christian educational, and recreational activities. Currently supports the elderly through drama therapy at APC and other associations.
